Grey Heart Coir Door Mat

Further to previous review, I can confirm that a full refund has been processed for my non colourfast mar. I received an apology confirming definately faulty and saying my email had been missed as it had gone into spam and offered immediate refund.

Mat is 2 months old, colour was greyish but has deteriorated and now a mottled orange. Researched well for outdoor mat before purchasing. Contacted Cast&Home with photos requesting their comments/ refund/replacement, but they have not acknowledged or responded, not worth the money and extremely poor customer service, bought because I wanted grey tone but this mat is NOT colourfast.
